In the case of the 'Character design' and 'Reference sheet' commission, you don't need an application form, so please contact us right away. :)

If you can't copy it in the mobile version, you can copy it by accessing the PC version. Please refer to it.

Commission Type:
Depending on the commission type, you can leave blank items that you don't need to write down. For example, in the case of Full bdoy:Entry commissions, you can't choose background, so you shouldn't write anything in that category.
